Hi Sharnie and Wendy,

Just to let you know, two very nice guys picked up the three recliners as advised on Monday13th
September. They rang twice during the day to advise me of their expected arrival time for pick up.
They were really pleasant, nice and professional. My father-in-law, the receiver in Rockhampton,
rang on Thursday the 16th to say he’d had a call from your company to say the recliners would be
delivered to him at 8am on the following morning. 8am the following morning, I am told, there they
were, delivered on time, only 4 days after being picked up, and all in good order. He is thrilled with
his new chairs.

We wanted to say thank you for the great service your company has provided. Everyone has been
helpful, pleasant and professional.

My furniture was delivered yesterday afternoon and the two gentlemen that delivered it were
awesome.

They kept me informed as to when they would be there and they arrived on time.

More importantly, despite the fact they had had a very exhausting day, the first thing I remember
from both of them, was the Smiles on their faces and how polite they both were.

I don’t normally write emails like this, but they were great and I believe are great ambassadors for
your company, so I thought you should know.

I didn’t get the drivers name, but the younger guy was Jamey, and I thought you would be able to
figure out who did the delivery by my address.
